eating healthy

Have you seen the food inc. movie? People are telling me they don't want to see the movie because the are afraid they would never eat a hamburger or hot dog ever again. I say good. What do you say?

I have sauteed zucini and squash with some onions and mushrooms. I served it plain with nothing else and every bite of it was eaten by my family.
